Background
Dani Beit-Or started investing in US real estate in 2002 — from Tel Aviv, without seeing the property. That first remote purchase became the foundation of Simply Do It, which he founded in 2004 after relocating to the US.
His background is in engineering and high-tech. His approach to real estate reflects that: data-first, unemotional, systematic. He looks for markets with strong rent-to-price ratios, landlord-friendly laws, and economic diversity — not headlines.
Before starting Simply Do It, he served three years in the IDF Special Forces. He has since guided clients through 5,000+ transactions across more than a dozen US markets.
His philosophy hasn’t changed since 2002: buy where the numbers work, hold long term, use professional property management, and don’t confuse activity with progress.
